Prior to becoming a full-time realtor in January 2018, Anthony Danko spent 20+ years in corporate sales with a global publishing firm. Anthony sold commercial online database software and subscription content to Fortune 25 pharmaceutical companies and other industries: “I was an account manager for several of my employers top accounts where relationships were critical”. Anthony’s experience also includes twelve years of service as Oakville Trustee for the Halton Catholic District School Board, winning three municipal elections from 2006 – 2018. It was there where he gained experience with parliamentary procedures and getting resolutions passed at the board: “ I can tell you, relationships are also critical at the board table!” More recently, he has been a member of OMDREB’s Finance Committee. He is married to Maria, a teacher, has five children and resides in Oakville.

Ken serves as the Regional Managing Broker for Southwest Ontario. He currently oversees offices in Oakville, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hamilton, Mississauga, and the Kingsway-Toronto for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. Prior to becoming a managing broker with Sotheby's International Realty Canada, Ken was at Johnston & Daniel/Royal Lepage working in Toronto and the GTA with his business partner, Lina Risi. Consistently a top producing team, they were recipients of numerous awards, while initiating and participating in educational and coaching initiatives in the brokerage

Prior to his real estate career, Ken was the Special Teams Coordinator, International Recruiting Coordinator, and Academic Advisor with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues Football Team. Additionally, Ken is an Ontario College of Teachers certified senior and intermediate teacher. Originally from Lethbridge Alberta, Ken has been a lifelong multi-sport athlete and played football professionally for two years in the German Football League

Heidi Noël is a real estate professional with 20+ years of wide-ranging experience in the real estate industry. Currently she provides strategic and operating counsel to real estate brokerages, megateams and proptech companies. Past experience includes Chief Real Estate Officer and Broker of Record for one of Canada’s emerging Proptech companies, VP at one of Canada’s leading real estate brokerage franchisors and roles ranging from real estate sales to senior brokerage management. She has firsthand understanding of the key factors that drive success in administration, operations, sales, management, and strategy. Heidi has served on committees with all levels in organized real estate and with other real estate associations. Heidi thrives on helping all who are also passionate in the continuous improvement and evolution of the real estate industry.

Yiin has been a REALTOR® for the past 7 years and is currently with RE/MAX Escarpment. She has been a resident of Oakville for the past decade and just recently built her home in old Oakville. Her journey up to this point has given her the privilege to live in various places in Canada and the United States. She brings those life experiences as well her experiences as an avid traveler and a physiotherapist in her first career to real estate, giving her a rounded and thoughtful approach to her work and commitment to her new profession. Her decision to become a Director was borne out of wishing to drive the profession forward with integrity and collegialism in an ever evolving marketplace. She looks forward to the years ahead!
