REALTORS® 2022 Motorcycle Ride for Charity kicked off in Milton

MILTON, ON, September 28, 2022 – On September 28, motorcyclists from across the province hit the open road to raise money for homeless shelters and charities across Ontario.

The 2022 Ontario REALTORS Care Foundation Motorcycle Ride for Charity kicked off from Milton at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre and will wrap up in Turkey Point. The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board is proud to be the launch Board and official breakfast sponsor for this year’s event. The riders will be stopping along the way at various real estate board offices prior to their final destination.

“The Motorcycle Ride for Charity is a unique example of REALTORS coming together and supporting all the communities in which we work and live,” said Vishal Kapoor, President of The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board. “OMDREB has a rich history of charitable work since the Board was first established in 1954 and our members contribute financially as well as volunteer with many local charities throughout Halton Region and the GTA.”

“We are pleased the Charity Ride launched from Milton this year and we were thrilled to welcome and support our fellow colleagues on their journey,” concluded Kapoor.

The ride has taken place every summer since 2006, with increasing amounts pledged each year. This year’s ride is the largest yet, with over 60 riders hitting the road.
